1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BlastFlow (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Upon purchasing a license key, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use BlastFlow on one (1) Windows computer. You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transfer your license to another person without prior written consent

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BlastFlow only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the messages you send. You must not use the App to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassment
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service
• Distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or organization
• Conduct phishing, fraud, or scam activities

4. WhatsApp Compliance

BlastFlow is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. You are solely responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any account restrictions, bans, or actions taken by WhatsApp against your account as a result of using this App.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are made in Bitcoin and are final. Because BlastFlow is a digital product and the download link is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, we do not offer refunds. Please review the documentation and FAQ before purchasing.

Premium feature subscriptions (weekly/monthly) expire at the end of their subscription period and are not automatically renewed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

BlastFlow is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. We are not responsible for any data loss, account bans, or damages resulting from the use of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Function Override Shift (FOSHT) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service — continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedy.
